Borned in Foshan, Guangdong, Li Xinghao is the member of communist party, the undergraduate of Central Party School, as well as MBA. Now, he is the chairman and Chief Executive of CHIGO Group Holding Ltd , and the Party Secretary of Guangdong CHIGO Air Conditioning CO.,Ltd likewise.

In the early 1980s, Li Xinghao devoted himself into the business by the wind of reform and opening, set up dozens of factories, companies and enterprises engaged in the plastics, hardware, electronic, medical equipments and cooling maintenance engineering.etc. He established Guangdong Xinglong Cooling Engineering Maintainence Center in 1989 and then Guangdong　Chigo Air Conditioning CO., Ltd in 1994.  From then on,,  Li Xinghao  focused on the field of refrigeration and the appliances.
